Read MoreThis year’s Great North Run was a huge success – and we were lucky enough to have 11 great runners take part!
On Sunday the 9th September, thousands of runners ascended on Newcastle to take part in one of the most famous runs in the world! While everyone stretched their legs and laced up their shoes – 11 heroes put on their purple T-Shirts ready to run in aid of childhood cancer.
Donations are still coming in – but to date, our runners have raised over £4,250! That’s enough money to fund over 50 days of vital research! 2,400 children and young adults will be diagnosed with cancer this year, and Kidscan is doing everything that we can to find new safer treatments for children that are diagnosed so that every child has the opportunity to survive and thrive.
