#CCAM Fundraising Ideas

Children’s Cancer Awareness Month is the perfect time to host a fundraiser for Kidscan! Not only can you help to raise awareness of children’s cancer, but the money you raise can help us to find safer treatments specifically designed for children!

Treasure Hunt Target £50
Organise a treasure hunt around your local neighbourhood, school or workplace. Everyone pays £2 to enter. Hide golden chocolate coins along the way and see who can reach the prize the quickest.

Glam up in Gold Target £75
Get your glad rags out and add a bit of glamour to the office. Tailor your outfit with a gold theme. Maybe you want to go the extra step and get sponsored to make your own outfit!

Golden Bake Sale Target £80
Grab your apron and get creative with your baking. We’re thinking gold sprinkles, edible glitter and chocolate coins. Why not boost your fundraising by adding in a best baker competition?

Office Chair Surprise Target £150
Everyone in the office pays £5 to enter. Hide a golden envelope under one of the chairs in the office, whoever sits on that chair wins the contents of the envelope!

Marigolds to the Rescue Target £200
Grab your marigolds and ask for donations in return for cleaning. If you’re in an office you could clean the desks or the dishes. Or you could even try cleaning cars in the local neighbourhood

Gold Jewellery Challenge Target £300
Have a look through your jewellery box – if you have any broken chains, snapped rings or singe ear-rings them why not sell them to a jeweller and donate the money to Kidscan

Become a Gold Ribbon Seller 
Ask us for a box of our golden awareness ribbons. Sell them for as much as you can and donate the amount back to us. Not only will you be raising money – you’ll also be raising awareness!
