November has been a busy month for both the Kidscan team preparing for Christmas and two amazing fundraisers, Dan & Donna Robinson. Not only have they taken part in the Heaton Park 10Km race they also hosted a fantastic event with all proceeds raised for Kidscan.
Earlier this month the pair hosted an event at Fitzroy Social Club in Droylsden sponsored by Arlec Property Service. It was a great turn out on the night with a number of live entertainers, raffle prizes and an auction.
Jason, our Marketing Manager went along to the event and said, “It was an awesome event that Dan & Donna hosted. There were plenty of laughs from the comedian Tony Roscoe and live music from Beth McRoy and The Lanterns. I’m looking forward to their next big event!”
They managed to raise a total of £1,622.29 and are in the process of gaining match funding which will take them over £3,000 which is an incredible amount!
Dan & Donna run and manage a holiday camp called Future Talent Stars who engage with children for activities such as arts and crafts, dance, drama and different sports.
