There are plenty of runs for you to choose from this year. You may have your own reasons to run a marathon whether it’s to improve your fitness, tick it off your bucket list or fundraise for a charity.

Kidscan has many runs that we participate in with however we have chosen a handful that we believe may be something you, the family or friends would be interested in.

The Great North Run

The half marathon is the largest in the world and takes place on Sunday the 8th of September. This course stretches from Newcastle upon Tyne to South Shields crossing over the Tyne Bridge into Gateshead.
