Volunteering From Home

Whether your self-isolating or just stuck at home, keep your mind ticking over by volunteering for Kidscan.

When people think about volunteering for charity they often think about packing bags in a supermarket, collecting on the street or sitting in an office. But there are hundreds of ways you can get involved with a charity, that don’t involve leaving your house. Here are our top ways to volunteer for Kidscan whilst stuck at home, plus some useful FAQ’s!

Marketing
Marketing is a huge area, and you don’t have to be a marketeer to get involved. If you have access to a computer you can help with SEO, PPC, Content Writing, Research and so much more! Just get in touch and we can help find the perfect job for you!

Design
Design is a skilled area, but if you have the skills to whip up a poster or create a master piece then we have a range of things you can get involved in, from resizing images to creating full masterpieces such as posters, brochures and more.

Carry on Collecting
If you are a keen collector, you can still collect from home. Set up a Virtual Collection for Kidscan and you can collect money online. The best part? The money you raise comes direct to Kidscan, so there’s no counting involved!

Events & Challenge Volunteering
Many of our events across the UK are either postponed or cancelled, but that doesn’t mean you can’t still get involved! There are plenty of things to do including researching new events and helping to plan for future events.

Fundraising Volunteering
At Kidscan a lot of our fundraisers have had to postpone, but again there are hundreds of ways you can still get involved including finding raffle prizes, research and more!
