Since 2002, KidsCan has been working to transform children’s cancer journeys because children shouldn’t have to rely on treatments that were never designed for their growing bodies. That belief drives everything we do.

In recent years, KidsCan entered a new and exciting chapter.

North West Cancer Research, one of the region's most established cancer charities, stepped in to work alongside us, combining KidsCan's specialist focus on childhood cancer with North West Cancer Research's wider reach, resources and expertise.

This partnership means KidsCan is stronger than it has ever been and the work we can do together is greater than either of us could achieve alone.

OUR purpose

We receive no statutory funding. Everything we do is made possible by the generosity of the public, businesses and volunteers who share our belief that children deserve treatments designed for them.

We believe in funding the research that could change the future of childhood cancer treatment and being there for families living with childhood cancer right now through KidsCan Connect. Survival is only the beginning. Every child who survives cancer deserves to grow up healthy, happy and free from the shadow of their treatment.

GRACIE'S STORY

Gracie Goldrick was just two years old when she was diagnosed with ATRT, a rare and aggressive brain tumor. Despite undergoing extensive treatment, Gracie relapsed and passed away on March 16th, 2017.

We are deeply honored to be part of Gracie’s journey, and Gracie and her family remain cherished members of our Kidscan community.

Kidscan seeks to fund pioneering research, driven by the desire to make a difference in the lives of children like Gracie.

Together, we strive for breakthroughs that will bring hope to families affected by this devastating condition.
