“The research of the treatments is so critical, even the children who do survive can be left with any number of health problems afterwards and that’s ultimately because we are using decades old adult drugs in smaller doses on children’s growing bodies which is obviously going to have a devastating effect. Without research there would probably be no treatments at all for children with cancers like Gracies”
