Debbie Mosley joined the charity in December 2021. Debbie is an experienced HR Professional, is a Chartered Member of the CIPD, and has over 15 years’ HR experience covering many disciplines and working across a range of sectors including waste management and recycling, logistics and transport, facilities management and R&D.
After 15 years working in industry, Debbie set up her own HR Consultancy practice in 2017 and now provides advice, guidance and support to SMEs across the North West and beyond. Debbie works collaboratively with Board Directors and Business Owners to design and implement strategic HR procedures and policies which improve an employee’s experience at work in all stages of the recruitment and retention life cycle.
