Theo's Story

Theo was diagnosed on the 24th September 2014 with ALL (acute lymphoblastic leukaemia).

At the age of three Theo started to show signs of being unwell, he developed a limp, suffered with night sweats, had nose bleeds and slept all the time. After Theo developed bruises on his body and a rash that wouldn't disappear, Theo was taken to hospital in Wigan. He was quickly transferred to Oncology in Manchester.

Theo joined Kidscan as an ambassador in 2019. Along with his family he is dedicated to raising awareness of Kidscan, the effects of children's cancer and the treatments used!

Community Champions Sept 2020

Theo is currently on Ward 84 awaiting a bone marrow transplant and receiving intensive chemotherapy. But along with his mum Katt, he has continued to support Kidscan raising £670 selling pin badges!

13th June 2020, Theo’s mum Katt announced they’d been given the devastating news that Theo’s cancer was back and in his spinal fluid and brain.
