Strech-n-grow reaches fundraising target

On the 4^th and the 11^th November, two local franchises of Stretch-n-Grow, celebrated their company’s 25^th Birthday, by holding charity events in aid of Kidscan Children’s Cancer Research. Together they raised over £765 to help fund research to find safer treatments for children with cancer.

At each party the hosts will attempted to teach 25 Stretch-n-Grow routines in just 2 and a half hours! The routines involve imaginative adventures with colourful props and funky music. Ranging from rowing a pirate ship, climbing a ladder as a firefighter, swimming under the waves with sea creatures to jumping over fallen trees in the jungle! Children even got the chance to have a go at Bollywood dancing.

The activities where aimed at 2-7 years old, but older children and grown-ups got the opportunity to join in too. There was a mini soft play area for any little brothers and sisters, and refreshments where also available.

Kidscan would like to congratulate Strech-n-Grow on not only raising an amazing amount of money, but for also reaching their 25 years milestone!
