Tom Barker Photoshoot

In June 2018, photographer Tom Barker generously donated his time to do a photoshoot with our Kidscan ambassadors.

Across two days our ambassadors Emma, Emilie, Colleen, Archie, Olly and Charlotte joined us at Tom’s studio in Manchester. Armed with their own props our ambassadors posed for a range of photos to promote the charity.

Kirsty Leigh, Kidscan’s Digital Marketing Manager, commented “Tom was great with our ambassadors and managed to put them at ease, getting a range of different photographs from Emilie running across a finish line to Emma baking cakes and Archie playing on a games console”

The photos taken on the day will be used in a range of marketing materials from our new fundraising pack to our campaign for Children’s Cancer Awareness month.

“This photoshoot has been an amazing gift to the charity. Being able to use our ambassadors, who are all cancer survivors, in our marketing materials helps us to raise awareness of children’s cancer. The photo’s look amazing and will look great with the branding work Platform81 have already done!”

As well as donating photos to Kidscan, Tom has also donated the photographs to the families of our ambassadors – a gift we know they will love!
